Our client was hosting a fundraising event at this beautiful venue normally used for wedding ceremonies and photos. We provided canapes and a grazing table for the guests, who were absolutely delighted with the selection.

Lunch for a corporate conference
This is not our usual fare, but who can resist a challenge right? The brief was 4 different gourmet fillings in 100 wraps and 50 sandwiches. With my team of 4, we started at 7am on the day. and worked for 3 hours like a well oiled machine to get all the lunches made, boxed up and crated ready to be delivered. Fortunately the venue was close by and we were able to exceed the client's expectations by arriving earlier than expected. The conference was quite large and we were just part of the overall catering experience. The client was very pleased with the result and the conference delegates thoroughly enjoyed their gourmet lunches.
A long time friend hosted a barn dance for her daughter's 21st birthday, with the theme "Hobbit Shire Attire". The grazing table (with the help of a team) was curated to reflect this country style, with fresh greenery, wheat stalks, wooden crates and a port barrel. The guests were delighted with the result, and the reviews reflected this.

A colleague hosted an event in her large office for 10 close associates. The brief was for a High Tea style lay out. It was fun putting together this fine fare with some of my gluten free cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries and almond macaroons. Tailem Bend Church
We were asked to cater for a regional women's church group morning tea, which was a delight to put together. We were back there later in the year to cater for the entire church's end of year function. It was great to be able to stay and interact with the ladies during the event.
